Orcutt Educators Association 2017-18 proposals side-by-side
with OUSD proposals. The District offered its proposals as a package deal; none of the individual
proposals from the District can be accepted on its own. As of November 3, 2017, OEA has rejected the
District’s package proposal. Our next bargaining sessions are scheduled for
November 13th & 30th. (An earlier version of this chart had an error in the description of
the OEA Early Retirement Proposal.)
